is it possible to mount ubuntu 11.04 as persistent drive on any 16 GB SDHC cards ?

    Just installed Linux Mint 11 on an 8 GB SDHC card. Smooth sailing. It was just like installing it on a regular hard drive. Read the tutorial here.

    Since SDHC cards are detected as any other removable disk, and can be formatted with file systems supported by Ubuntu or any other distro, I do not see why not.

    I have not tried it myself, so if you do, stop by again and share the result with us.
